Jenny Cutler Lopez is the author of the award-winning Who I Am: American Scar Stories and the creator of Back-Story: First Time Tales. Jenny’s essays and articles have been published in Hippocampus Magazine; 10 Habits of Truly Optimistic People; Discovering True, Inscribed, and Saturdays@9. In 2015, she writes a regular column for Reston Lifestyle Magazine and in May 2015, she contributed to the SPARK project: a visual art and writing partnership. She has published fiction, non-fiction, and poetry since 2006. Jenny holds a B.A. from Memorial University of Newfoundland and a M.A. from Saint Mary’s University in Halifax, Nova Scotia. She lives in Virginia with her husband, two children, and three black cats.
